The Role
- As a Bid Coordinator, you'll provide a range of essential support to the team, including:
- Reviewing tender alerts and ensuring timely distribution to relevant team members.
- Completing and submitting SQs, RFIs, and ITT responses.
- Managing the bid library and information systems on SharePoint.
- Delivering ad-hoc marketing support and contributing to the design and formatting of submission documents.
- Maintaining bid standards, deadlines, and quality throughout the process.
We're seeking candidates with:
- An intermediate level of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues and senior staff.
- A keen eye for detail and design, with proficiency in IT and design software.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
